Yes, master users are able to record and manage the following information against each circuit:
- A primary contact (name, telephone number and email address)
- A secondary contact (name, telephone number and email address)
- Address information.
This function sits within the maintenance tab, circuits section, as shown in the screen shot below.
In order to add this information, users simply need to select the circuit and click onto the edit button in the top left hand corner of the 'View Circuits Contacts' section. A pop-up window like the one below will then be shown;
Once completed, click onto save and the details provided will then be used by the CMS SupaTrak Teams when we need to contact you about Support Tickets or enquiries you've made.
