First of all, please note that if these steps are not performed correctly, dust and water damage may occur during use which can void the warranty.
Begin by separating the top housing from the bottom housing – please be careful not to lose any parts such as seals or ‘o’ rings etc. Check the Ziplock bag including the fastening hardware is present.
Insert SIX (6) alkaline L91 1.5V AA batteries into the unit.
Carefully align the top and bottom housing – verify there is no resistance or wires pinching in the gasket. in addition, please make sure that all seals / ‘o’ rings have been refitted. Check all around the device to ensure integrity.
Install the included screws using a torque limiting driver and torque to 5 in-lbs +/- 0.5 lbs. Use Philip #1 bit in driver.
Press the screw plugs into the open holes until they are flush with the housing bottom.
