CMS SupaTrak capture and record the following information:
- Vehicle location information*
- Vehicle speed data
The speed a vehicle is travelled at is transmitted by the vehicles CAN Bus network, or if this not available GPS data is utilised.
CMS SupaTrak will then compare both the location and speed data against the posted road speed limit information, supplied by HERE maps.
