The Energy Efficient Driving Index (EEDI) score only updates on the Safer Driving Assistant (SDA1) every time the ignition is switched off and then turned on again.
This means that when your driver finished last night, they wouldn’t have seen their true EEDI score on the Safer Driving Assistant (SDA) unless they turned the vehicles ignition off and on again. If they only turned the ignition off, they would only see their true EEDI score the next time they turned the vehicle ignition on i.e. the following morning.
NB: It is worth noting that the score is updated on the CMS SupaTrak web-based application in real-time and can be seen within a number of reports.
