In order to add or remove a properties assisted lift requirement, users should navigate to the ‘Waste’ tab located at the top of the page before clicking onto 'Rounds' and then selecting 'UPRN'. This will show you all of the UPRN's that have bene uploaded to your account.
NB: Please note that the standard search functionality is available at the bottom of the page.
From here, users can select the UPRN that they wish to edit, by left clicking onto it (the URPN will then be highlighted blue as shown in the example above). Users should then click onto the ‘Edit’ button at the top of the list which will bring up a pop-up window like the one shown below:
Users should then click onto the 'Assisted Collection' tick box located at the bottom of the popup window and click save. A tick in this box shows that the property requires an assisted collection where as no tick indicates that an assisted collection is not required.
NB: Please note that all changes made to the rounds will be permanent and it will not be possible for these to be reversed. As a result, if you are unsure or need any help with making these amendments then please contact our Support Team to discuss these further.
