Yes, in order to duplicate an existing trade waste route, please navigate to the routes page and search for the route that you wish to duplicate.
Next, you need to select the route that you wish to duplicate by clicking onto the tick box on the left-hand side of the 'Route Name' before clicking the 'Duplicate Selected Routes'. You will then be asked to confirm that you do indeed wish to duplicate the route (example below) - click OK.
Once duplicated, you will see a success message similar to the one below. Click 'Close'.
You will then see the duplicate route within the routes page. This route will have the same name but '(Copy)' will have been added to the end of the name.
NB: CMS SupaTrak recommend that a route is duplicated before major changes are made to a route. This will allow customers to revert back to the original route quickly and easily, if required.
