To check if a vehicle in your fleet has a camera installed, you'll want to login to SupaTrak & navigate to the Map.
Here, on the left hand side, you'll see a list of vehicles where some will display a Camera icon, as below:
Clicking on this row will allow you to access all/ individual cameras:
The above would help to determine whether a vehicle's been installed with a Hero Dash Cam.
In certain circumstances however, the Camera icon may not show, despite the Hero Dash Cam being installed. If this is the case, both CMS & customers can use relevant POs & order references to confirm that this is the case.
Next, you will need to contact our Support Team (Support@supatrak.com), who will be responsible for ensuring that the camera icon is both visible & accessible for the appropriate vehicles.
